It takes a lot of oil and is hard to get every side properly soaked. 2, hard to clean, because of the wieght (weight is really good and needed to stop board from moving) it is hard to manipulate in the sink to properly clean off the top. All in all, I would recommend this to others. It is truly an amazing board.
