Refund Policy
1. Service Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once services have commenced, including AI-powered Makeover Plans, coaching sessions, and transformation services.
- No refunds for AI-powered Makeover Plans once the assessment has been generated.
- No-shows for consultations or coaching sessions will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Clients may reschedule consultations with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- All services must be delivered within 120 days of purchase, assuming reasonable efforts are made to accommodate the client’s schedule. If a client is unresponsive or repeatedly reschedules beyond this timeframe, The True Shift reserves the right to mark the service as complete without a refund.
2. Affiliate Product Purchases
Most physical products featured on The True Shift website are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon and other partners. For these purchases:
- The return and refund policies of the respective retailer apply.
- Customers must directly contact the retailer from which they made the purchase for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- The Tribalist does not process or manage returns for affiliate products.
3. Physical Product Returns (The True Shift-Branded Items & Pre-Orders)
For physical products sold directly by The True Shift, including pre-orders, the following policies apply:
Pre-Order Refunds & Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund only before the item has shipped.
- Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, standard return policies apply (see below).
- Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout but may be subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Pre-Order Items Only)
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before initiating a return. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all packaging and shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt by contacting admin@thetrueshift.com.
- If a return is approved, we will provide further return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
- Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect pre-ordered item, contact admin@thetrueshift.comimmediately so we can resolve the issue.
4. Refund Processing
- Once a return is received and inspected, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received it, please contact admin@thetrueshift.com.
