Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each renewal unless you choose to cancel before the next billing cycle.

AI-related subscription products renew monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect in the next billing cycle, and there will be no refunds for the current cycle.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next billing date.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the links provided in your order confirmation emails or by contacting admin@thetrueshift.com.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle and will not result in a refund for the current cycle.


2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet available. Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged upon shipment.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before the item has shipped. Once the item has shipped, pre-orders are non-refundable, and the standard return policy for physical products applies (see Refund Policy).

Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout but may be subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect pre-order item, contact admin@thetrueshift.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.


3. Virtual Sessions with Tribalist Resources

Virtual sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
